Setting a cookie

A "cookie" is a text file that may be placed on your terminal, subject to your choices, when visiting our site. Cookies issued by the INPI

The internal cookies issued by the INPI are functional cookies. They are necessary for the proper functioning of the site and do not require an acceptance procedure.

They allow :
• to adapt the presentation of our site to the display preferences of your terminal and to ensure the security of the site ;
• to allow you to access reserved and personal areas of our site, such as your account using your identifiers or your shopping cart.

Cookies issued by INPI service providers allow:

• to centralize and remember your choices regarding the acceptance of cookies ;

• To establish statistics and volumes of visits and use of the various elements making up our site, namely :

  • Anonymized IP address of the user ;

  • Date and time of request ;

  • Title of the page currently being viewed (Page Title) ;

  • URL of the page viewed (Page URL) ;

  • URL of the page that was viewed before the current page (referrer URL) ;

  • Screen resolution used ;

  • Time in the local user's time zone ;

  • Files clicked and downloaded ;

  • Links to an external domain that were clicked ;

  • Page generation time (the time taken for web pages to be generated by the web server and then downloaded by the user: page speed) ;

  • User location: country, region, approximate latitude and longitude ;

  • Main language of the browser used ;

  • Search the site.

_PK_ID - Matomo

This cookie makes it possible to recognize visitors to a website (anonymously). It collects a unique visit ID.

Matomo will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the site, based on anonymized IP addresses (masking of the last octet), without fine geolocation and for a maximum cookie retention period of 13 months.

The data collected by Matomo is hosted on servers located within the European Union. 

_PK_SES - Matomo

This cookie makes it possible to identify the pages viewed by the same user during the same visit (anonymously).

Matomo will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the site, based on pages visited and actions taken on the site. The cookie will keep for 30 minutes.

The data collected by Matomo is hosted on servers located within the European Union.

Accept or decline cookies

A banner informs you of the use of cookies and offers you to accept or refuse them.

In addition, you can at any time choose to delete or deactivate cookies in your browser. Each browser offers a configuration solution for:
